Remove a lock ring of primary shaft from coupling and take a washer. Press the bearing from primary shaft (fig. 4.16). Uncover bearing cases. Overturn a shaft and remove a lock ring and a persistent washer of the synchronizer V of transfer (fig. 4.17). Press a nave of the synchronizer V of transfer (fig. 4.18). Remove an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and its needle bearing. Check a condition of details, in particular, the gap between a blocking ring of the synchronizer and a cone of a gear wheel should be not less than 0,7 mm (fig. 4.19), a gap of a lock ring synchronizer of the V transfer — 0,1 mm (fig. 4.20) and a gap of a lock ring from the bearing — 0,1 mm (fig. 4.21).
