The structure of system includes the electronic control unit (EBU), the relay before - both poststarting heating of the engine and the sensors signaling about operation of the engine. The main indicators for work of EBU are the temperature of cooling liquid of the engine and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft. EBU represents the Nissan A93-F09A15 6215 type microprocessor with digital programming. The EBU plug socket on 48 conclusions has numbering with 1 on 40 and with 101 on 108 (fig. 3.43). EBU is located in car salon under the central part of the dashboard (rice 3.44). EBU exercises administration of the conditioner (at its existence), supports an optimum angle of an advancing of injection of fuel and frequency of rotation of the engine idling.

The constructive scheme of a control system (COURT) is represented by the engine on fig. 3.45. Purpose of conclusions of the EBU socket is given in tab. 3.14. Placement of units COURT is given on fig. 3.46, an electric circuit — on an insert at the end of the book.
For access to EBU it is necessary to remove the bottom air line of a heater, then an air line bringing air to a body floor, then EBU cover. The control lamp of inclusion of prestarting heating of orange color is located in a combination of devices.

Management of the valve of regulation of a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel

The inclusion relay before - and poststarting heating fastens to the panel of a forward left wing in a motor compartment behind the storage battery. EBU connects on "weight" a chain of management of the relay through a conclusion «106» plug EBU sockets. On a power chain of the relay tension moves on heating candles.
The prestarting heating is carried out to two stages:
— during 3 with the ambassador of installation of a key in the lock of the switch of devices and a starter;
— lasting from 3 to 20 with at temperature of cooling liquid is lower 60 ° With the ambassador of turning on of the switch of devices and a starter in the situation "ON"; thus the alarm lamp of prestarting heating in a combination of devices lights up at the beginning and dies away at the end of this stage of heating.
The poststarting heating begins after engine start-up. Tension on glow plugs during poststarting heating moves during from 20 with to 5 mines (no more) while the temperature of cooling liquid remains below 60 ° to Page.
Resistance of a winding of management of the relay of 38 Ohm. The glow plugs of finger-type type which are fast-heating up. Resistance of 0,65 Ohm. The sensor of existence of a key in the lock of the switch of devices and a starter is built in the lock of the switch of devices and a starter. After key installation in the lock contacts of the sensor become isolated also tension 12 In moves on a conclusion of "30" blocks of the EBU plug socket. The electronic control unit turns on the relay before - and poststarting heating.
The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is established on the right side behind a head of the block of cylinders. Internal resistance of the sensor decreases in proportion to temperature increase of cooling liquid. Information arriving from this sensor, is used by EBU which establishes duration of the periods before - and poststarting heating, size of a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel and gives out permission to turning on of the conditioner and electrofans of system of cooling. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The electromagnetic valve of regulation of a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel is established on TNVD and «108» EBU sockets cope through a conclusion. The electronic control unit changes a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel depending on temperature of cooling liquid and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
The sensor of frequency of rotation of the engine is established sideways TNVD opposite to a label fixed on a shaft of TNVD. The sensor gives out a signal which is directly proportional to frequency of rotation of TNVD, on a conclusion of "17" blocks of the EBU socket. For one turn of a shaft of TNVD the sensor sends 37 impulses. The resistance measured between conclusions «5» and «4» TNVD sockets, 1,6 kiloohms.
The relay of turning on of the conditioner is in the block of the relay established on an arch of the right wheel in a motor compartment. EBU operates turning on of the compressor of the conditioner via the specified relay and the pressure relay in system of circulation of a coolant of the conditioner. Such way of management of the conditioner via various sensors allows message EBU control of that turning on of the compressor of the conditioner did not cause power setting violation. OTHERWISE EBU does not give permission to turning on of the compressor, in particular when the liquid temperature in system of cooling of the engine exceeds 105 ° S.Na holostom hodu before giving out permission to turning on of the compressor, EBU increases frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft by means of the electromagnetic valve to a mode of the accelerated idling. 12 V.Soprotivleniye's supply voltage of the managing director of a winding of the relay of 75 Ohm.
The electromagnetic valve of the accelerated idling is established on a front board about the fuel filter. At turning on of the conditioner idling the EBU engine sends a signal on the relay which submits tension on the electromagnetic valve. It opens the depression pipeline from the vacuum pump to the vacuum proof-reader of supply of fuel. The vacuum proof-reader increases frequency of rotation of idling to 800 mines — 1. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
The relay of pressure of a coolant in system of climatic installation is established on a dehumidifier located on the right side in a forward part of a motor compartment. The relay submits information through a conclusion «8» plug EBU sockets. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
The sensor of speed of movement of the car of inductive type, consists of the generator of the impulses which has been built in a drive of a speedometer on a case of a transmission. It develops a squared signal amplitude 5 In which frequency changes in proportion to speed of movement of the car. The signal moves on EBU through a conclusion «16» speedometers in a combination of devices.
