5.6.3. TNVD adjustment

Disconnect a wire of the "minus" plug of the storage battery. Separate all electrosockets, disconnect vacuum drives and the cables suitable to TNVD. Remove топливопроводы a high pressure, then disconnect bringing and drain топливопроводы from TNVD. On engines of the CD20 model disconnect the device for start-up of the cold engine by plate installation in thickness of 15 mm between the lever and the starting arrangement (fig. 3.35). Turn a cranked shaft and establish cut (without color marking) a pulley of a cranked shaft against a label on the block of cylinders (the piston in the 1st cylinder is in the provision VMT of a step of compression).

Establish the display KV 11229350 device with a support, having removed the carving stopper located on the center of the TNVD distributor (fig. 3.36). Weaken bolts of fastening of TNVD. Adjust position of the indicator so that his shooter settled down between divisions of 1 and 2 mm. Turn a cranked shaft on 20 — 25 ° (for the CD20 engine) or on 100 ° (for the CD20E engine) counter-clockwise. In this provision of a cranked shaft establish an arrow of the indicator on «0». Slowly turning a cranked shaft clockwise, establish a label of yellow color on a pulley of a cranked shaft against a label corresponding to an initial corner of an advancing of injection of fuel. For increase in a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel slowly turn the pump case in the direction «from the engine», for reduction — «to the engine» while the indicator will not show the set course of a plunzher of TNVD. Tighten in this situation bolts of fastening of TNVD and check adjustment of a corner of an advancing of injection of fuel.
