Mechanism structure (see fig. 3.5) same, as on the petrol engine.
The cranked shaft on a design is similar to a shaft of the petrol engine. Dimensional characteristics of a cranked shaft are presented in tab. 3.2.

Check of a technical condition of a cranked shaft is carried out similar to checks of a cranked shaft of the petrol engine.
The flywheel is cast from cast iron, has the gear wreath intended for start-up of the engine by a starter, fastens to a flange of a cranked shaft bolts. The most admissible palpation of a surface under a conducted disk of coupling of 0,15 mm.
Pistons are cast from an aluminum alloy with the big content of silicon. The chamber of combustion is executed in the piston bottom. Rods steel, stamped, dvutavrovy section, with the direct socket of the bottom head. Loose leaves of radical bearings thin-walled from an aluminum alloy on the steel basis. Dimensional groups of loose leaves differ (tab. 3.3) paint. Width of the loose leaf of the third radical bearing of 27,95 mm.

For replacement of worn-out loose leaves in spare parts loose leaves of radical bearings of two repair sizes under necks of a cranked shaft, прошлифованны on 0,25 and 0,50 mm are delivered.
Pistons of the repair sizes are produced with increased on 0,25 — 0,50 mm in external diameter. On each piston two are established kompressionny and one maslosjemny ring. Gaps in piston rings are given in tab. 3.4. Rings are established by a label of "TORAHS" up. Piston fingers are similar on a design and are established the same as on the petrol engine, but have bigger diameter. Dimensional characteristics of shatunno-piston group are presented in tab. 3.5. Check of a technical condition is carried out similar to check for the petrol engine.
