System of cooling of Nissan engines with compulsory circulation of the cooling liquid provided by the centrifugal pump. It is given by a poliklinovy belt from a pulley of a cranked shaft. The system includes a radiator, a broad tank, the water pump, the thermostat, branch pipes and one or two electrofans depending on a complete set. Details of system of cooling are given on fig. 2.67. The water pump is established on a forward cover of a drive of the distributive mechanism. The thermostat is established near the water pump (fig. 2.68).
Temperature of the beginning of opening of the main valve of the thermostat 76,5 ° Page. The full speed of a rod of the main valve of 8 mm corresponds to temperature of cooling liquid 90 ° to Page.
Radiator of system of cooling with vertical aluminum tubes and plastic tanks. On cars with an automatic transmission the heat exchanger is built in the bottom tank of a radiator maslovodyany.
Pressure of operation of a safety valve of a stopper of a radiator 0,8 — 1,0 kgfs/cm2.
The broad tank is made by capacity of 0,7 l of plastic, fastens in a motor compartment before an arch of the right forward wheel.
The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid with return temperature factor. Resistance of the sensor at temperature 60 ° With makes 70 — 90 Ohm, at 100 ° With — 21 — 24 Ohm.
On cars with a mechanical transmission one one-high-speed electrofan which is switched on by means of the relay is established. On cars with a mechanical transmission and the conditioner two one-high-speed fans are established. On cars with an automatic transmission two two-high-speed fans which two relays turn on. Fans fasten behind a radiator of system of cooling. Relays settle down in the block of the relay established in a motor compartment. Resistance of the managing director of a winding of the relay of 75 Ohm.
