The block of cylinders pig-iron, is cast for a single whole with cylinders (fig. 2.5 and 2.6). Cylinders on diameter are divided into three dimensional groups (tab. 2.1). The nominal height of the block of cylinders of GA engines makes And = 213,95 — 214,05 mm (fig. 2.7).

In the SR20DE engine the cast bed of radical bearings providing additional rigidity of the block of cylinders, and more difficult design of the oil pallet consisting of aluminum and steel cases and a maslootrazhatel are applied.
