4.13. Complex control system of the engine (KSUD)



Cars with GA14DE, GA16DE and SR20DE engines are equipped with a complex control system of the Nissan ECCS engine (KSUD). KSUD is intended for management of injection of fuel and a corner of an advancing of ignition (UOZ). It consists of two subsystems: managements of injection of fuel and UOZ management. Both systems are interconnected and work synchronously. Synchronization of work of a subsystem and the main operation of the engine is carried out by the controler on signals of sensors. The uniform controler for both subsystems on the basis of information received from sensors, according to the program put in memory operates actuation mechanisms. Thus UOZ, quantity and the moment of supply of fuel depending on power setting is automatically optimized. At violation of operation of some sensors the controler passes to the reserve program of management. It allows to continue movement on the car in case of malfunction.
