4.13.1. Subsystem of management of fuel injection

The key parameters defining work of a subsystem, the amount of arriving air, the provision of a butterfly valve, temperature of cooling liquid, power setting and the provision of cranked and distributive shaft serve. On the signals arriving from the sensor of the content of oxygen in fulfilled газax, continuous correction of composition of gas mixture is conducted. The control system of the engine includes also system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases. Simultaneous work of subsystems of management as injection of fuel and management of a corner of an advancing of ignition is carried out by the controler on the signals arriving from sensors. Besides, the controler stops supply of fuel at excess of the most admissible frequency of rotation of the engine, and also operates operation of the engine on compulsory single to a course before decrease in frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 2000 mines — 1. If on the car the immobilizer is established, the controler carries out comparison of the signal arriving from the switch of ignition, and a signal brought
in his memory. The controler gives out a signal for connection or food shutdown to a control system of the engine. If on the car the conditioner is established, the controler operates the relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor, preventing violation of operation of the engine. In case of failure of any device or the sensor the controler depending on malfunction passes to reserve power setting. In the controler there is a program
trackings work of knots of system and record in memory of codes of malfunctions in case of possible failures in their work. Information reading from memory possibly only by means of special diagnostic equipment which is connected to a block of the socket of diagnostics located under the block of safety locks in salon of the car. The diagnostic equipment allows to regulate, besides, the contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.
The controler represents the microprocessor with digital programmed control and a block of the plug socket with 64 conclusions numbered with 1 on 48, then with 101 on 116.

The arrangement of the controler is shown on fig. 2.91. For access to it remove an air line of heating of a floor of salon and the bottom air distributor of a heater.
At emergence of malfunction of KSUD in a combination of devices the indicator of orange color that testifies to need of taking measures for defect elimination lights up. Nevertheless the controler will ensure functioning of the engine according to the roundabout program that will allow to move on the car at some deterioration of its economic and dynamic indicators. The mentioned indicator is lit at inclusion of ignition and dies away in some seconds after engine start. If on the car the immobilizer is established, the control lamp informs the driver on its serviceability: the lamp blinking at inclusion of ignition signals about malfunction of an immobilizer.

The relay of turning on of the controler is under the central part of the dashboard. Turning on of the relay is carried out through a conclusion «4» controlers. A relay food, and also the sensor of provision of a camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine and a measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air moves on a power chain (controler "38", "47", "109" conclusions).

The relay of turning on of the fuel pump is under the dashboard from the left
the parties, behind the assembly block in car salon. The controler connects on "weight" through a conclusion «106» chain of management of the relay, providing food giving on the fuel pump. A food on the engine of the fuel pump arrives with a delay on 5 with the ambassador of inclusion of ignition and is carried out constantly after the controler will receive information on engine start-up from the sensor of provision of a camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine or information on giving «+» on a starter through a conclusion «34» controlers. After an engine stop a food on the relay continues to arrive during 1 page.

The relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling of the compressor of the conditioner is in the assembly block located on the right wing in a motor compartment.
On the car with the conditioner the compressor turns on by means of the relay of turning on of the electromagnetic coupling. Analyzing signals from various sensors, the controler does not allow at turning on of the conditioner of violation of normal operation of the engine. So, at the provision of a butterfly valve «full loading» the controler does not give permission to turning on of the conditioner. Idling the engine of the relay includes a regulator of the accelerated idling which increases frequency of rotation of the engine at turning on of the conditioner.

The sensor of pressure of a coolant of the conditioner will screw in a dehumidifier located ahead on the left side in a motor compartment. It hands over information on pressure of a coolant through a conclusion of "41" controlers and air temperature EBU in salon with the sensor of the evaporator located in the case of the evaporator.
The electromagnetic valve of HORN system and purge of an absorber copes the controler, is located on the left side of the inlet pipeline in a motor compartment. The valve allows to soak up pairs of fuel and to carry out a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases depending on power setting, temperatures of cooling liquid, amount of arriving air, the provision of a butterfly valve and speed of movement of the car. Retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases and absorption паров fuels does not occur in the following cases:
— during engine start;
— on the cold or peregrety engine;
— at the maximum loading of the engine;
— at the accelerated idling;
— at speed of movement of the car less than 10 km/h;
— at failure of a measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air.
After an engine stop the electromagnetic valve remains open. 12 V.Velichina's supply voltage of the resistance, measured on conclusions of the electromagnetic valve, 32,6 Ohm.
The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve fastens on the case of a butterfly valve and consists of the linear potentiometer which mobile contact is connected with a butterfly valve axis. On the sensor from the controler the supply voltage moves, the size of target tension changes in direct ratio to a butterfly valve angle of rotation. The sensor gives information on the provision of a pedal of management by a butterfly valve: "idling" or «full loading». Position of the sensor is not regulated. Supply voltage (between conclusions «1» and «3» sensors) 5 Century.

Measuring instrument of a mass consumption of air (fig. 2.93) of the Hitachi brand of the termoanemometrichesky type, providing measurement of volume of soaked-up air irrespective of atmospheric pressure and air temperature. Air arriving in the engine flows round the thin platinum filament established in a measuring instrument. The filament is a part of the bridge scheme which diagonal tension is regulated on a zero by change of a current of heating. The temperature of heating of a thread is supported by a constant by means of the electronic scheme of management. At increase in weight of soaked-up air as appropriate the heat current automatically increases, keeping thereby constant temperature of a thread. The current of heat serves as a measure of weight of the air which is soaked up by the engine. In the parameter defining a mass consumption of air, arriving in the engine, the tension necessary for maintenance of constant temperature of a filament is. During 1 with the ambassador of each stop of the engine at the command of the controler the thread heats up to very high temperature for removal of pollution which could distort a target signal. Supply voltage of the sensor of 12 Century.
The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is established in the target union of a head of the block of cylinders behind the inlet pipeline on the right. Internal resistance of the sensor decreases in proportion to temperature increase of cooling liquid. Color of marking: plug socket of gray color. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The optoelectronic sensor of provision of a camshaft and frequency of rotation of the engine consists of a disk with cuts. Opposite to cuts on the one hand a disk two light-emitting diodes, with another — two photo diodes are established. The disk rotates together with the sensor distributor roller. On a disk there are two numbers of cuts. Closer 360 cuts are located to edge. The corner between the next cuts corresponds 1 ° an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft. Closer to the disk center four cuts are labels of position of pistons in cylinders. The widest cut serves as a label for
1st cylinder.
At the working engine light-emitting diodes shine a rotating disk. Light of these diodes passes through alternating cuts and gets on photo diodes which are connected to the block forming impulses. After processing in the control unit signals from 360 cuts define frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft. Four other cuts define an ignition order. On the basis of specified information the control unit establishes an optimum angle of an advancing of ignition and operates the switchboard through which receives a food primary winding of the coil of ignition.

The sensor of the content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases with the built-in heating element, fastens on a final collector before catalytic converter. The sensor gives on the controler a signal tension from 0,1 to 0,8 In depending on the content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases, i.e. from extent of enrichment of gas mixture. The controler supports extent of enrichment of a mix according to the tension submitted by the sensor. During start of the cold engine and at full loading the controler does not react to the signals arriving from the sensor. Supply voltage of 12 Century.
In system of production of the fulfilled gases two converters of the fulfilled gases one of which settles down in a final collector are established, and another is built in to the final highway.
The pressure sensor in system of the hydraulic booster of a steering is on the target union of the pipeline of a high pressure of the pump of the hydraulic booster on the right behind in a motor compartment. At achievement idling the engine of limiting pressure in system of the hydraulic booster the sensor transmits to the controler the corresponding signal and the controler by means of a regulator of idling raises engine turns. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The sensor of speed of movement of the car of inductive type, consists of the generator of the impulses which has been built in a drive of a speedometer, and is on a coupling or hydrotransformer case. The generator develops rectangular impulses amplitude 5 In, modulated on frequency depending on speed of movement of the car. The signal moves through a speedometer on a conclusion «32» controlers. Color of marking of the plug socket: the gray. Resistance on conclusions of the sensor of 250 Ohm.
The sensor of position of the lever of gear shifting (on cars with a mechanical transmission) is established on a case of coupling and sends information to the controler about position of the lever of gear shifting. Contacts of the sensor are opened at installation of the lever of gear shifting in neutral situation and closed at inclusion of any transfer. Thus the conclusion «35» controlers is connected to "weight". The controler thereby prevents overloads idling, and also interruptions in operation of the engine at the moment of gear shifting. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
The sensor of position of the lever of the selector (on cars with an automatic transmission) is established on a case of the hydrotransformer and serves for information transfer to the controler about position of the lever of the selector. If on the car the immobilizer is established, the sensor connects to "weight" a conclusion «35» controlers at installation of the lever of the selector in the situation "N" or "R". In other positions of the lever of the selector the immobilizer forbids engine start, and the controler prevents overloads idling and interruptions in operation of the engine of gear shifting. Supply voltage of 5 Century.
