4.10. Greasing system



Greasing of the engine is carried out under the pressure created by the shesterenchaty oil pump, given from a cranked shaft. The system of greasing includes, besides, the oil filter and the reduktsionny valve which limits pressure of oil.

The device of system of greasing is shown on fig. 2.72 and 2.73.
The oil pump of shesterenchaty type is established in a forward cover of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye.
On the SR20DE engine the oil radiator for additional cooling of oil is established.

The sensor of pressure of oil (fig. 2.74) will screw in the back plane of the block of cylinders on the right side from the oil filter. The alarm lamp of pressure of oil lights up at pressure drop of oil below 0,2 kgfs/cm2.
The oil filter of Nissan engines of type 15208-H8903 not folding, is established from the back party of the block of cylinders. Over the plug of fastening of the oil filter there is perepuskny a valve which works in case of a contamination of the oil filter. Capacity of the filter of 0,4 l. At oil replacement the oil filter is replaced.
