4.10.3. Removal and installation of an oil radiator of the SR20DE engine

The oil radiator is established on the case of the oil filter and (fig. 2.76)
fastens a bolt in a back part of the block of cylinders.
Lift a forward part of the car and put it on supports.
Merge liquid from cooling system. Disconnect hoses from the case of an oil radiator. Mark the provision of a radiator before it to remove. Turn out the central bolt. Will substitute capacity for collecting following oil. Remove sealing rings. Clear a radiator and blow it the compressed air. If the radiator is damaged or corked, replace it new.
At assembly replace sealing rings. Establish a radiator on the labels made earlier. Tighten the central bolt. Execute the remained operations as it should be, the return to removal. Start up the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak. If necessary add oil and cooling liquid.
