2.8.1. Measurement of temperature of cooling liquid

Will take temperature of cooling liquid and its density the thermometer and the areometer.
ATTENTION
The engine has aluminum elements which can be damaged by antifreeze on the basis of methanol or alcohol.
Do not use alcohol or methanol in cooling system.
Use only cooling liquid on a basis этиленгликоля.
For cultivation of antifreeze use only the soft (desalinated) water.
The mineralized water reduces efficiency of cooling liquid.

Define necessary composition of cooling liquid using the provided chart (fig. 2.304).
If the composition of cooling liquid does not correspond to norm, add water or antifreeze.
